Ninja classes
Wanna come play ninja with us? Awesome! Members come for free, but if you’re not a member, you’re still welcome to drop in any time. (Drop-in rate $30.)
Beginner Ninja: Mondays, 6:30pm to 8pm. Come learn the basics of hanging, swinging, agility, balance, and so much more! This is a perfect class to take with a friend.
Intermediate Ninja: Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8pm. Level up with more complex skills! (Must have taken Beginner Ninja before attending Intermediate)
All-Levels Ninja Open Gym: Fridays, 6:30pm to 8pm. Practice anything you want in a more casual setting than a formal class. (Must have taken Beginner Ninja before attending Open Gym)
All classes are guided by Paulina Sterpe, an experienced Ninja who has competed several times on the NBC TV show, and for many years in the World Ninja League (and is the 2022 adult female champion!)
If you’ve never been to class before:
1) Please sign up here and sign our waiver.
2) Once you’ve finished that, you can sign up for your first class here on the Book Now/Group Classes tab. Choose the Ninja Night you want and complete booking!
If you have been to Ninja Night before and want to continue to drop in:
1) Download the Wellness Living Achieve app. (It looks like a purple flower)
2) Sign into your account with the login you created the first time you joined.
3) Click Group Classes.
4) Choose the class you’d like to attend.
5) Press “Book”
6) Come swing around! 😁
