We have the best personal trainers in Boston (and, uh, maybe a lot further than that). You will be seen, heard, and receive personal attention for your body and your concerns. You’ll never receive a cookie cutter or random program from us, because that wouldn’t make it personal training.
If you want to exercise, we want you here! (Or even if you don’t want… we won’t tell anyone 😉)
Our trainers have worked with every age between 4 and 98, from total beginners to marathon runners and collegiate athletes. We have experience with a great number of disabilities and movement disorders (like MS, Parkinson’s, cerebral palsy, wheelchair athletes, etc) and are experts in senior fitness. And those nagging aches and pains you’ve had for years? Yeah, we can take care of those.
